Ooooh...she's blogging for real, with pictures and everything...

must mean she's made a trip to Walmart to empty the camera card...

yep, I'm finally motivated to add 'blogging' to my list of achievements of the day,

the illustrious list also includes:

managing not to throw up when subjected to obnoxious smell

making porridge which noone wanted to eat

eating strawberry pie for lunch (thanks Mom)

and not yet washing those pans in the sink.

as you can see, it's been a productive day.

Actually, it's been a rather fun day, with a lovely trip to the Farmer's Market with Mom and Dad and kids, as well as to a 50% off sale at the quilt store where I bought two fabrics of *undisclosed* color! Yes, the cat remains in the bag, where it belongs. An unexpected perk was seeing cousin Krissy who is following in the footsteps of Dave and Sue and selling stuff at the Market! Peppers and cucumbers to be exact! I was so pleasantly surprised by the Moose's good behavior there...we forgot the stroller and he walked hand-in-hand and was extremely compliant and content! Lesina enjoyed the band (it helped that they were wearing sombreros and playing trumpets) and managed to set free/destroy 2 balloons during the hour that we were there! What fun!

Nu is off playing a grass tournie in White Rock (volleyball) and we're now enjoying a quiet and suddenly sunny afternoon. I've been out in the garden, so hop on over to my garden blog if you'd like to see some photos of what's in bloom...
