Cooking rut

After realizing that my poor family was getting sick of my routine meals, and realizing that I too was sick of making them, I decided to hunt for some new recipes...joining my friend Heather, and sister Sue in trying out some new dishes. This was made for difficult in that any recipe that included tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup, pasta, Italian dressing, anything with a vinegar-like taste, anything unusually sweet, or anything lacking meat was ruled out immediately. So if anyone knows any picky eaters like the one in my family (without naming any names), here's a recipe that meets all the requirements, and it went over well.

ASIAN CHICKEN with CABBAGE SLAW
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup Asian sesame dressing (Kraft)
1 Tbsp. grated fresh gingerroot
1 Tbsp. water
(1 lb) 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 cups shredded savoy cabbage
2 cups shredded purple/red cabbage
1 large carrot, shredded
2 green onions, sliced
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat peanut butter, dressing, ginger and water in bowl with whisk until well blended.
Mix cabbage and carrots in large bowl.
Add 1/4 cup of peanut butter mixture, toss to coat. Refridgerate at least 1 hr.
Place chicken in single layer in shallow baking pan, brush with remaining sauce.
Bake 20 min. or until cooked.
