Matalena is just shy of her 6 month birthday...and she had her first solids tonight! Barley cereal..mmmmmmm. I actually had a panicked thought as she sat in the high chair, that we were way too early and she was too young for real food. But nope, she's almost 6 months! Where does the time go?
Also this afternoon we put the roman blind up. Sounds simple right? NOT. Good thing Nu came home early, as he played a key role in figuring out this complicated thing. That my Mom graciously figured out how to sew because I wanted one. Oh thank you Mom. You are the best. But if the men hadn't been there I think we still would've been trying to figure out how to put it into the wall!

Oh...almost forgot - regarding the highchair shot...that dear little thing is way too little for this...she is going to slide out!
