Accident prone

I had a productive day of tidying clutter, reorganizing and cleaning miscellaneous things...however, during the last half hour of cleaning I managed to...
1) drop a rolling pin from the top of the fridge onto my baby toe. (bruised and swollen but will live, thank you very much)
2) shut a closet door at tremendous speed, forgetting to first take out a portion of the middle finger of my right hand. ouch.
3) slice open my index finger on the same hand with a soup can lid.

Whoever said cleaning wasn't dangerous work?
Ah well. It'll take my mind off the upcoming dental dramas that await me on Friday.
Btw, the toothache is gone again, down to a very dull slight pain that isn't bad at all.

Oh my dear...what shall we do with you, put you in a room with padded walls for your own safety? Once again, I feel your pain. Had my share of toe injuries, including a despised free-falling crow bar that was bumped off a step ladder and landed on my toe. These are those rare moments when you are allowed to say bad words in your native tongue that you remember your mother saying when she stubbed her toe. Cherish them and make it last.

iiicccky and ouch! I just had one of those moments... i burnt myself twice, on the same spot, on the oven rack. now i have no skin there and bathing Corrina in warm water really sucked, it was like being burnt all over again. Thank goodness for semi protective bandaids. Maybe the dentist can put freezing into your toe for you.
have a better day tomorrow
Janie
