A great and easy Christmas cookie recipe...
1 cup margarine
1 box chocolate pudding powder (4 serving)
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
33 maraschino cherries (1/2 jar)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (heat and drizzle over)
3 Tbsp margarine
Mix first 4 ingredients together, roll into balls and roll in sugar.
Dent each one with your thumb.
Bake at 325 for 5 minutes.
Dent again.
Bake another 10 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes and remove to racks.
Place 1 cherry in each dent.
Drizzle chocolate over.
