Miscellaneous Trivia

Fave TV show at the moment: Room to Grow (garden design).

New hobby: Gardening, flowers, soon to branch into vegetables.

Best place to live: In a tree. A la Swiss Family Robinson, or, depending on the climate, Berenstain Bears.

Avoid like the plague: Left turns. Country music. Fake people.

Odd pet peave: Spelling mistakes. (I know, very teacherish of me)

May I recommend: Fredrico's Supper Club, on Commercial in Vancouver. For unmatched ambiance, awesome pasta, ballroom dancing, all under the supervision of a swarthy Italian mob-boss.

Penchant for: Older men. I'm married to one. And the first one I admired (admired as in wrote a flattering note, gave it to him, and then was chased around the playground for the remainder of lunch) was in Grade 6 and I only in Grade 1. Oh dear.

First concert: Sandi Patti with my Mom.

Failure: Swimming lessons, level maroon. I couldn't somersault into the pool from the edge. Why this is a necessary skill I don't know. Grrrrr......

Embarrassing disability: I can't understand when someone mouths words to me, no matter how slowly they go. Very dehabilitating during high school.

Music memories: 2Pac, cruising around with Preet.
Smurfs with Rhonda.
Bon Jovi with Rhonda somewhere on a wrong road between here and Chilliwack. Then suddenly broken glass and a train control post.....
Return of the Mac, Grad.
Enya, ballet in the kitchen with Susan.

Story that put the fear of God into me: Noah and the Ark, age 3.

Years sporting feathered bangs: At least 4.

Friends I've known more than 20 years: 3.

Place of engagement: False Creek.

What I need more of in my life: Self-discipline.

You wanna live in a tree do you? Is that why you married Tarzan? Hahahahaha....
Left turns, I hear ya. Would that be "U-turns"?
More self-discipline...I'm with ya.
